Before you come aboard your flight to one of our many destinations, we would like for you to know a few things about our service to make this an enjoyable, safe, efficient, hassle-free experience!

Parking
There is plenty of FREE parking at Boeing Field, Renton, and Lopez Airports. The Anacortes Airport, Friday Harbor Airport, and the Bellingham Airport parking are subject to fees.
Check-In Time
To make our flights as on time as possible, please check-in at least 30 minutes prior to departure or your seat may be allocated to standby passengers. Depending on the aircraft routing, your flight may depart or arrive within 15 minutes of its scheduled time.
Baggage
Please limit your baggage to two pieces not to exceed 40 pound per person. Additional or overweight baggage is subject to charges of $.67 per pound, $15 minimum, on a space available basis.
Ground Transfers
Taxi Services are available at most of our major destinations. Taxis fares to and from the Seattle Tacoma Airport from Boeing Field or Renton range from $21 to $26. The fare to Downtown Seattle ranges from $12 to $19 each way depending on the drop location.
Safety
Our primary concern is to maintaining our impeccable safety record. Scheduled flight departures are based on expected conditions. Weather and other factors may affect departure and arrival times, which cannot be guaranteed. Since your safety is our number one concern, flights may be cancelled due to weather or other restrictions.
Cancellations
Reservations must be cancelled at least 60 days in advance to assure a full refund. Seat Fare Reservations cancelled in less than 60 days but greater than 14 days in advance are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Seat Fare Reservations cancelled less than 14 days but greater than 7 days in advance are subject to a 75% cancellation fee. Any cancellations received with less than 24 hours will not be entitled any refund. No-show passengers will not be entitled to a refund. Personal Charter flights are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. No-show charter flights will not be entitled to a refund. It is strongly recommended that travel insurance be purchased.
Payment
All seats on scheduled flights and charter flights must be secured by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. We due accept payment by check, travelers check, or cash (US dollars). We reserve the right to charge your authorized credit card for the lack of payment prior to your flight.
International Flights
For travelers flying to international destinations within Canada, please be prepared to clear customs, both upon entering Canada, and returning to the United States.
As of January 23, 2007 - All persons, including U.S. citizens, traveling by AIR between the United States and Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean, and Bermuda will be required to present a valid passport, Air NEXUS card, or U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Mariner Document.
January 1, 2008 - All persons, including U.S. citizens, traveling between the U.S. and Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean, and Bermuda by land or sea (including ferries), may be required to present a valid passport or other documents as determined by the Department of Homeland Security. While recent legislative changes permit a later deadline, the Departments of State and Homeland Security are working to meet all requirements as soon as possible. Ample advance notice will be provided to enable the public to obtain passports or passport cards for land/sea entries.
